Shipping Policy

We pack every order with care and aim to get your happy mail to you as soon as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Within Singapore

We currently ship within Singapore only.

Estimated delivery times:

Smartpac: 2–4 working days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on SingPost or courier operations.

Shipping Rates

Orders are shipped via SmartPac at a flat rate of $3.
Need it quicker? Express shipping is available for $15.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. 

Lost or Delayed Mail

All Simple Joy Dept items will be shipped via tracked shipping for a peace of mind so rest assured that your parcel will get to you!

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos so we can assist you.
