At Simple Joy Department, every order is packed with care. As our products are small stationery items, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:
- Your order number 
- Clear photos of the item and packaging 

Once verified, we will offer either: 
A replacement, or
A refund

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.
