When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times within Singapore:

Tracked Mail: 2–4 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary during festive periods.

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes! Our stickers are printed on waterproof vinyl, so they can handle small splashes, handwashing, and everyday adventures.

That said, we recommend avoiding dishwashers or long soaks, as extreme heat and pressure may affect the sticker over time.

Do you ship internationally?

For online orders, we currently only ship within Singapore. Should you wish to place an international order, drop us an email at SimpleJoyDept@gmail.com

My order hasn’t arrived yet

Please check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you still have not received your order after 4 days, kindly write to us and we’ll look into it for you.

Can I change my order?

If your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to help.
